Important notices
Please could you inform the office staff if anyone different will be collecting your child/children from school or after school clubs.
Thank you.
After school clubs will finish at 4:15pm.
Uniform - Can all children please be in school in suitable black shoes and complete uniform grey skirt/trousers or dress, white or blue polo shirt and burgundy jumper/cardigan.
PE Kit should consist of a burgundy t-shirt with black trousers or shorts. Please ensure your children come to school on their PE days wearing the correct kit - currently our PE day is Thursday.
Head lice - In order to keep head lice at bay please check your child nearly every day
Water bottles - We would like all children to have an appropriate bottle containing water in school daily.
Snacks- Children should bring in a healthy snack into school for break times. Chocolate and crisps are not a healthy option.
Reading- All books and diaries needed to be handed in every Wednesday. Children will be able to earn a dojo point for every day they read they will also be able to change their book on this day. If they have completed their book before Wednesday; they can bring it into school to be changed. Children must remember to read for at least 10 minutes each day. An adult must comment and sign the diaries to say they have read. Children can read any books at home or access Oxford Reading Buddies. These can be recorded in the reading diary in the usual way.
Homework- In year 3, homework will be set on Fridays and needs to be completed by the following Wednesday.
