Our Vision

Fordbridge Community Primary School is a happy, purposeful and welcoming community built on caring relationships, respect for every individual and equality for all. Our vision is for every child to be at the centre of an exciting and stimulating environment, where they develop their talents, celebrate their achievements and leave us ready for whatever comes next. Achieving excellence together is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Values

How we live our values

Our values are not posters on a wall. They shape how our classrooms feel, how our children treat each other, how we work with families and how we partner with our wider and global community. We offer a challenging and enriching curriculum that enables every child to achieve their full potential; we hold high expectations of work, behaviour, attendance and appearance, and we celebrate successes big and small. We work closely with parents and carers because children thrive when school and home share the same high expectations.

British Values

Alongside our 4 Rs, we actively promote the fundamental British Values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. These are woven through our curriculum and our day-to-day life as a school community, helping our children to grow into thoughtful, respectful citizens.
