Friday 18th December 2020
In case you missed the news on Thursday 17th December 2020, some Year 6 pupils and Miss Jeffs appeared on BBC Midlands today talking about an art project they took part in earlier in the year.
The children were absolutely amazing and spoke so positively about the project - they should be so proud of themselves. It was great!
You can watch the news item on the iplayer: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000qfxg/midlands-today-evening-news-17122020 scroll to approx. 23 minutes.
Feel free to take part in one or both of the scavenger hunts over the half term holiday. Remember to tweet your pictures @fordbridge2013.
Good luck.

Calling all budding artists! J.K. Rowling is inviting you to help illustrate The Ickabog for her. Every day when chapters of the story are uploaded, she will be making suggestions for what you might like to draw or paint to illustrate the story as it goes along. You should let your imagination run wild.
Every day, Rowling uploads chapters of the story and invites you to draw parts of it. What a fantastic illustration competition!

It has been fantastic to see so many entries into the Fordbridge Art Competition. Check out the entries below. The art pieces have really made us smile. We have had a really difficult decision trying to decide who should be the winner for each phase because of the high standards of art work.
Well done to everyone for taking part.
Congratulations to our winners.
